2. Services Provided

NotarymaxService.com offers remote online notarization and in-person offline notarization for documents requiring legal authentication. Services include identity verification, document review, and official notarization.

3. Appointment Scheduling

Clients may schedule appointments through our website or by contacting our office. Please provide accurate information to ensure seamless service.

4. Online Notarization

Our online notarization services comply with applicable laws. Clients must present valid identification and a clear video connection during the notarization session.

5. Offline Notarization

Offline services are conducted at designated locations. Please arrive with original documents and valid ID at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are determined based on type and complexity of notarization. All fees must be paid in advance. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of transaction for eligible services. To request a refund, contact our support team with your Business ID and proof of payment. Refunds may be subject to the following conditions:

• Full refunds for services canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Partial refunds if services were initiated but not completed due to technical issues on our end.
• No refunds for completed notarizations or for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval.

8. Limitation of Liability

NotarymaxService.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located at Supreme Court of India, Tilak Marg, New Delhi, Delhi 110001, India.
